Please clean your windows!! Been coming for a few months amd the same spit and dirt on the large commons area window where the tv, fireplace, tables, and chairs are. Also the residents rooms the windows are filthy. I did wash my grandma's, it wss like total grit. Like they have never been washed. The screens were full of dirt and webs, and they were taped because they were all broken. The blinds are all different sizes, the walls are disgusting. They really need a company to go through and clean, not just spot clean. Get some cleaning people who want to work!!

As a former patient. I think as far as nursing and therapy facilities the pines would rate among the best.

The Pines staff is one of the most loving and caring groups of people I've ever known. My mom loved them deeply, as they did her. The activity staff, Kim and Liz are the best! The facility is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Gladwin Pines for the needs of any family.

If you love your love one.... Do NOT send them here! They left my mother on a vent and did nothing for her. Had her transferred out and now has gained her weight back and in a months time is almost completely vent free! She stayed months at this place and they left her to sit in her room all day and never forced her to do anything more than get out of bed. Sick place! So many broken promises and not happy with these people. Just a paycheck to them!
