Dad stayed for a week for respite care. We couldnt have been happier! The staff was very friendly and caring. They were very attentive to our requests and seemed to be genuinely happy to be there. The facility was spotlessly clean, right down to the kitchen! Meals were cheerfully served and looked appetizing. The staff was very attentive to the needs of the diners. Well definitely consider using their services again for respite care or long-term residency.

I have a family member living at the Brook and they are flat out refusing to release his medical information to his court appointed guardian. Copies of the court documentation has been provided multiple times. The staff here is either untrained or deliberately disregarding court documentation.
