The workers do not take care of the resident's my mom got a bed sore from lack of care then lost her leg do to an infection that she got from there do to lack of properly sanitizing the place then i try to bring her to my house witch was more then up to par but keeps getting denied and come to find out the place was paying $$ for it to be denied so they can keep her there so they can keep making money off of her and the list keeps going on and on with them and their lazy and under educated staff that went to 3rd rate schools

I would like management to know what a difference your staff made in my brother's life while he was there. He was very alone in himself when he got there and everyone got him out of his shell and made him fell comfortable being there. He had many ones that he took a special liking too but I'm sure he liked them all. You should be proud of your staff and volunteers also. Feel free to share this with them. Unexpectedly we lost him on the 8th. but I am sure he was content where he was. Thanks again for all you do. The family of Keith Warvie

Nurses and aides were great. Problem was that they have too many patients. Patient to nurse/aide ratio was rediculous and unacceptable!! Its not possible for patients to get the care and attention they need and deserve!! Shame on you Regency!!! Hire more people!!
