Still Loving the Towers..it remains well kept and clean.. there are lots of programs & activities here for seniors : ).. they have the same maintenance crew (Kelly, Ted, Nancy :) ..very helpful, and the same *professional office staff..*Shout out to (Tony & Clarence), and others in the security team who helps to keep the Towers safe.. *Shout out to C.S.I (the new owners! :) ..They've already made some upgrades including new elevator cables : ) both are on the move!..also surround speakers..music boosts tenant morale.. nice!..looking forward to living in this beautiful, quiet and pleasant place...another rising star!

Awful place to live. Bedbugs and roaches are everywhere. On the elevators, in the units, walls, etc. Management is aware. When they can no longer treat your unit because the infestation is so bad they evict you. My mother in law lives there and every night she is bitten by bed bugs. Unsafe environment for seniors. Contacting HUD as I type.

Elevators never work. My deceased moms bed $3000.00 stolen because the freight elevator never worked. Utilities are cut off several times a month. Door system doesnt work. Entrance door has to be forcibly pulled open. Cant buzz nobody in because that system is also broke. Water damage from roof brought bugs into my apt. Furnishings and equipment damaged during forced relocation due to shoddy workmanship. I could go on and on.
