Golden Orchards

The staff is friendly and kind. The administration is super friendly and lightning-fast efficient. The facility is very clean and comfortable. I really like the lay-out of this beautiful building. One of my favorites is that there are many field trips and activities in which your loved one may participate. This is a beautiful and beautifully run facility. Don't hesitate to visit if you're checking out a place for your loved one.

My husband is at Golden Orchards , it is a wonderful caring, CLEAN place , everyone there has been more than kind to me. The food always smells wonderful. I am also grateful that they guard his privacy and his safety. They do this by not giving information on the phone to someone who is demanding and threatening when they dont get what they want. Even if they say they are a family member. These people have an axe to grind and are rude to the staff . Id like to state that Natalie the director is very kind and accommodating to me . She has bent over backwards to make me and my husband feel good about having to place my loved one there. This is a hard decision to make in the first place. To have a family member try to come in and make trouble for this facility is wrong and mean. I would tell anyone who might have to make the decision to place your loved one in a place where people are trained to care for them ,no matter the reason. I would recommend you go out and visit Golden Orchards, you wont be disappointed.

I would not give this establishment a whole star. Be very careful of selecting Golden Orchards as an environment for your loved one to reside. For five days I have tried to contact the Director and have been given the run around as to a return call. When I finally had an opportunity to speak to this individual she was completely rude and dismissive. I am located out-of-state so trying to communicate is imperative to find out the status of my father's well being. I am reluctant to feel my father's best interest is being considered because of the lack of information I am getting and the denial of obtaining public information from the Director of this establishment. When speaking to her she rudely hung up the phone on me claiming HIPPA protection. I did not know you could not get the name of the Director of the Senior Community and that it is protected under HIPPA.

Golden Orchards is a beautiful community. As soon as you walk in the door you feel right at home. The staff is extremely compassionate about what they do, and it shows everyday.

Under the Direction if Natalie Bustillos, Golden Orchards has transformed into an amazing home for my dear Grandma. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean and the activities ensure that the residents are living the best life possible in their circumstances! Thank you Golden Orchards staff!
