Vista Springs Timber Ridge Village

I found Vista Springs at Timber Ridge doing a google search. My Wife and I went to look and we loved the place. Clean, lots of windows, good staff and an all-inclusive price. It was a big relief as my mother needs help with meals and various personal care items. The main decision point was that she could bring her dog. Well we worked with them for about a month as she was in the hospital and rehab for nearly 2 months. We signed the paper work and had the money ready for a Monday move in. The Thursday before they called me and said they could not take the dog! Well not taking her dog would have killed her. And we have asked several times over the month and our tour that they took pets and we saw some pets as we toured the place. So beware of this place they are not fully upfront and lie about things that were discussed. I am now even more stressed and worried about my mother and have to jump through many hoops to try and get something figure out. Thanks for the support Vista Springs!

Vista Springs Timber Ridge is beautiful! The staff are very attentive and always go above and beyond in caring for the community members. Great food too!!
