Now I give this place a (2) because of Management and meals. The facility is clean and the onsite Care Givers (Tender Heart, separate company) are the BEST! These ladies make sure the residents under their care are well cared for.It would be better if Management cared about the Residents more and took time to know the needs and limitations. There are many other facilities in the area, but this was best at the time. Remember to do onsite visits and talk to the residents and onsite Care Givers, they know the day to day. Feel free to ask any questions.
