My parents have been taken care of in a responsible and caring fashion at Independence Village. Maggie is an outstanding Executive Director and her calm leadership during the Stay at Home order has kept her clients as safe as possible. I truly appreciate all of the extra time she took with my parents, especially my dad who is a grumpy old man. They have since moved to a facility more in tune with my mother's specific needs but I am grateful for the team at Independence Village. Thank You!

My mom's health declined greatly just as COVID-19 started spreading. I had to choose an independent living facility for my mom based solely on reviews, word of mouth, and talking to workers. I was incredibly nervous since I'd read negative reviews. But my mom is enjoying it and the staff has been so kind. Mom was quarentined in her room for 2 weeks, but the staff checked on and visited her regularly. None of this was expected, they just wanted to make sure mom was aclimating well. During this stressful time, the staff has been incredibly supportive, kind, and accommodating. The staff cares about their residents and in this time of stress and so many unknowns, that is clear.
