Thus far I am not impressed. Patients have to wait to long before anyone checks on them after they press their call bottoms. They seem to be under staffed! Tonight mother called me crying. The staff was rude to her and not caring.i understand they are on a lock down, but I should expect the same care from her first day to her last day..

I received excellent care & therapy during my stay. The nurses and staff was wonderful.

Everytime we go to visit a family member he is soiled and some of the staff members are rude and not caring of the patients that are there
