Horrible management, less than adequate workers. Terrible attitudes all around. Do not send your family here. Workers and management alike are more intrigued with the drama that floats around the building than taking care of residents.

Both my parents and my mother-in-law currently reside in independent living at Waltonwoods and I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is. All of the workers are friendly, respectful, and caring, even when my mom is challenging to deal with. The food is good, the place is always immaculate, and the activities offered are great! All 3 of my parents did not want to go at all but now love it and have made good friends. They have also worked closely with us, doing everything they can, to try to keep my mom from needing to go to memory care at this point. My husband and I can both see ourselves being happy there at some future point in our lives. I cannot see how people have given it bad reviews. We highly recommend it!

I have had a wonderful experience with Waltonwood Cherry Hill, with a couple that transitioned from their private home to Waltonwood. They were receiving home care through our Company, Right at Home, and met with Renee from Waltonwood. They have since moved in there, and are very happy. They can get all the care they need, and enjoy the amenities that the facility offers. I highly recommend Waltonwood Cherry Hill to clients that are looking to relocate.

My mother-in-law lives at Waltonwood Cherry Hill. The staff and service are exceptional. Kara, April and Haman did an Outstanding job in catering a 90th birthday party for her. The dining room was turned into a magical party room. All of party guests were amazed by the great and friendly service. We are receiving numerous compliments that belong to the staff here. We are glad that we held the party here.
