Been here almost 2 years had nothing but sabotage from my very own manager! You would think I was making $100 an hour instead of $12 for all the hard time she has given me as well as all past housekeepers, all of whom quit. When I went to HR about these issues I was treated like a liar and they proceeded to tell me out of the blue that suddenly people were complaining about me , which is not true nor documented in any way ! Ive had nothing but praise and great reviews and received every raise because of my exceptional hard work and detailed cleaning as well as outstanding relationship with the residents . The managers lie and cover up for each other and they are the only ones who give this place good reviews. I am quitting tomorrow FYI. Had enough of being gaslighted by Amanda.

Dirty, understaffed, terrible management and unskilled workers, residents never have their foot pedals on, and all the residents personal belongings get lost on a regular basis. The rooms are full of ants and spiders, and their food is either over cooked or undercooked on a regular basis. They serve left overs for days as their alternative. Management is a joke they act nice but only because they want your money. If you dont comply With them having total control of you they throw you out.

Railside has so many long term staff that have been there for 20+ years. The staff truly care about the residents and the care they are receiving. They are a family owned home, which is a huge plus for me, many staff have had their loved ones live there. Railside is a big part of the community in the Byron Center area and its a wonderful close knit atmosphere!
