We met Val at a very difficult time, as my mother now needs full time assisted living with dementia. Val's help and guidance through one of the most difficult times has been immeasurable. Her knowledge and experience, advice and compassion for elderly healthcare, all aspects; mental, physical, financial and legal were all priceless. Her time and devotion to help settle my mom into this new transition of life (for both her and us, family) were limitless. The Barn Swallow Manor is exceptional, spacious, with a farm country setting. She thoroughly took the time to explain her care procedures, organized computerized system healthy meal plan, and daily patient activities. She is truly a Gift from God. Blessing.Phil L.

I took a tour of the Barn Swallow Manor facility with Valerie recently. From when you step in the door you can tell people are treated like family. The facility has fewer number of beds allowing for the resident's to build relationships together and with the staff. I appreciate that the staff does not turn over, and the residents see the same faces consistently. Valerie genuinely cares for the residents and it is apparent in just a few minutes of talking with her. Thank you for your care and compassion!

Words cannot truly express the gratitude that our family holds for Valerie and the the entire staff at Barn Swallow Manor for the exceptional care provided to my Grandmother over the last two and half years, especially during her last few months.The patience and compassion demonstrated toward my grandmother by everyone there was unparalleled.
