Greenley Square Manor

To start, I'm going to put it out there: anyone giving this place higher than a 1-star rating is either a staff member, employee, or some other way affiliated with this establishment. If there was a 0-star rating, I would give it.I don't even have to step foot in this building; living near it is enough. If you hate your family member and don't care what kind of assistance they receive or lack thereof, this is the place for them. There are constant calls to the local police about the goings on, yet nothing is ever done. You never know what you're going to witness at this place. The staff seem very inattentive to the patients or just downright beligerant. I'm not saying their jobs are easy, but why work here if you don't have the emotional capacity to care about another human like these people need?! Not to mention, being located in a residential neighborhood, staff drive in and out without a care in the world. I've seen a few accidents from no one yielding as they come out of the parking lot. There are children in the area; I'm just waiting for someone to be hit and God forbid, killed.

One of the nicest, facilities in Genesee County. exceptional care.

This place and the one right beside it are owned by the same family and there is loud music all of the time way up into the night and cops are being called all the time and I am sorry I would not want my family member being in a home like this and having to deal with that all the time
