Its terrible when you have to submit an anonymous review so youre not humiliated by the same company. This facility is awful. And I am a past employee submitting anonymously in fear of public ridicule by the owner herself. Employers have little to no medical experience, and neither does the owner, Kristen Baker. There is lack of professionalism throughout the building, lack of hygiene, and overall very poor standards of care for the residents. The only thing working well within this facility is the food staff. Please visit after hours if you are considering placing your loved one in this facility. Residents are often wet and unsanitary to an unhealthy level when those visiting hours are over. They allow patients to be residents based upon how many beds they have empty and are only concerned about making money in that aspect, leaving zero concern for how and what medical and care assistance they offer the person. I am a health care professional and began my career working here- it has been THE WORST experience I have had. Ever. and now as a registered nurse in a local hospital, I deter ANY one in the local area from bringing their family members here for care. Its really a disgrace of a company and care facility overall. Please consider Brentwood of Niles or West Woods for your loved ones local nursing home/assisted living care. This place is AWFUL

My grandmother was there, and during my visits it was a lovely place staffed with people you could tell cared about all the residents. They would come to check on her, and tell me wonderful stories about her. Currently my great aunt is under their care, and she's very happy there. I would recommend the Meadows to anyone who wants the best of care for their loved ones.

Very friendly staff who care about their residents more than anything! They're always doing fun and exciting things with them.
