Lisa the Activity Director here was very rude. She was short, seemed to be irritated, and snippy while speaking to us regarding concerns we had with our Grandmother she even hung up while we were asking her a question! My Grandmother is getting significantly worse since being here and I'm starting to see what could be the cause. I have left a message with the Administrator about this last week and have yet to hear back from them. I'm not at all impressed at the service we have been getting here and am on the search for a new place.
