Everyone who works in this facility is simply amazing, employees are very compassionate and friendly, every time I walk in I feel appreciated and acknowledged by everyone, I work for hospice and this is an amazing place to care for your loved ones. Sunny goes above and beyond her job duties, I recommend this facility.

I'm not quite sure what to think about this place. It all started with calling the main number. I woman named Natasha answered. After asking for the leasing person which was not going to be in until 10:00 I then asked for the Executive Director. She proceeded to tell me that the leasing person will not be in until 10:00. I said, who is your Executive Director? I could tell there were others in the background laughing, she casually said Sunni. I then asked to talk to her and she hung up. I was trying to get some help to see if anyone was available to speak to me about availability. First impressions are the person answering the phone. She was not helpful nor concerned or professional, rather a casual attitude. This is a Senior Living Community, I would hesitate to place anyone here based on my first impression. Families are looking for their loved ones to be cared for. #firstimpressionassistedliving
