The Oaks at NorthPointe Woods

I have been an employee here for just over 8 years. I absolutely love it! The activities department does an awsome job with the outings and fun things to do with the residents. The staff truely cares for our residents. I am glad to come to work each day!!

This is the best company I have ever worked for. They truly care about their residents and their employees! Love it!

Employees are very kind and caring. The management team is knowledgeable and helpful. The events and outings are great too many to mention them all but Sunday brunch, theme dinners, and family nights are great. If you have not experienced the virtual dementia tour I would come in or call and schedule it asap.

If I could give this institution a zero Stars I would. My mother was there for a very short time in rehab. She became ill on a Tuesday. She reported her symptoms to the nurses and I reported her symptoms to the nurses and they fell on deaf ears. When I decided it was time for her to go to the hospital lo and behold so did they only after ignoring her needs for 4 days. She entered Battle Creek health systems with septi shock, body core temperature of 88 (medical records indicate that they didn't even take her temperature during the time for which she had been complaining of how she was feeling, but they have been taking her temperature prior to that) nausea and vomiting! These are classic symptoms of hyperthermia! I didn't know that then but the nurses and the doctor at that facility certainly should have. both the nurses and the doctors at this facility are incompetent and only capable of passing out medication. My mother could not recover from this devastation and passed away on Tuesday August 13th! I blame them for her suffering!

I'm very pleased with the care my wife receives at The Legacy. Knowing my wife is in a happy safe place gives me piece of mind.
