Wow! Once again, our family was in need of elder care for a loved one, and once again Orchard Hills Manor knocked it out of the park! They were quick acting, caring and understanding beyond words. If you need care for a loved one, I cannot stress how much Orchard Hills should be the top of your list to look at! They have so much to offer, they are run by some of the kindest, loving and most knowledgeable people I have ever met. The owners are both local doctors, and fully understand the needs of our elderly. The aids that assist the residents are top notch, I have never seen better. They all truly love what they do, and the residents are truly happy, and well cared for. The residents have plenty of opportunity for enrichment, regardless of their health situation. Family is very much encouraged here. They quickly become new family members for your loved one and for you. My family has once again been truly blessed by these good folks and will continue to include them as part of our family. My mother has been a resident of Orchard Hills Manor for 2 1/2 years. The owners, Andy and Ash, are hands on medical professionals who genuinely love and care for their residents. They hold themselves to a high standard and are easily accessible for questions or concerns and quick to notify us of any issues with my mom's health and safety.The facility is a nice family home in a wonderful neighborhood. My mother loves her private room and feels like she's at home. They have holiday celebrations that promote a family atmosphere. The Thurston Pond Trails and Nature Preserve are one block away.Visiting is easy. I'm there 3 or 4 times a week and have a cordial relationship with the staff. I am pleased with the 24/7 care they provide for my mother. Jenny, the daytime staff member, is always ready to provide information on my mother's behalf to Visiting Physicians, Area Agency on Aging 1B and Arbor Hospice.I am grateful for all that Orchard Hills Manor has done for my mother and highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.Charley M

Beautiful place, owned by the Medical professionals which is hugh plus. we recently referred a resident to this group home and the resident is very happy and satisfied to find this place. Keep doing the good work.

Orchard Hills Manor is simply fantastic. The home is warm and inviting, each visit you feel more and more like family. The caregivers and the owners are incredible. Everything they do is with the utmost care and compassion. The home is kept spotless, the residents are well cared for, happy and comfortable. The combined experience and dedication of the owners and staff are second to none. I truly cannot say enough about Orchard Hills Manor, simply the best. Our family is so blessed to have had the honor of working with them.

Great location, super staff, neat and clean. Very impressed
