They are wonderful to work for ! They engender a atmosphere of kindness and caring for both those who live in any of the residences and all who had the privilege of working with the Salmon family. I would encourage all to apply. I loved working with all of them and would Love to work there again !

Excellent and attentive staff. My mother has been through all stages of continuous care at Whitney Place/Beaumont, and my father spent the final two months of his life at Beaumont. The staff has been a great support, particularly since I do not live in the area. They e-mail me or call me with regular updates and we coordinate on my mothers care with periodic phone conferences. I would particularly like to commend nurse Joelle Fahe-Lambergs and hospice nurses Suellen Diller and Kristy Morin, as well as social worker Connie Mabli. Natasha Grossfeld brings great joy and comfort to my mother with her music therapy. She and the staff make a point of bringing my mother to attend the many lovely music recitals. The staff respects my mothers independence, even as she declines, and always tries to bring out the best in her.-Nancy Morrison

Melissa Trotta has been an exceptional aid for my Mother, Shirley Harrison at the Worcester Willows. Always on time and very helpful.

At the Whitney Place in Sharon I have to give a shout out to Esther. What a friendly face with a professional approach to her job. She is always helpful even when anyone else would be overwhelmed by the sheer number of people demanding her attention at the same time. She is a great ambassador

My wife has been a resident at the Beaumont nursing home for a couple years. The care provided by the nurses, CNA'S, activity staff and administration has been exemplary. Staff has always been helpful and friendly. The summer concerts and other musical programs are a hit for many residents.
