This place sucks there nursing staff is horrible Tried to get through to them on Fourth of July for 2 hrs at one point phone rang for 40 minutes with no answer this place is pathetic state should definitely close this place down they are robbing these poor people

My mother in law went to Sarah Brayton for rehab and received exceptional care by all staff. Discharge planning was excellent and all staff we dealt with was kind, friendly, professional, and empathetic. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Sarah Brayton for their superb service.

Thank you Sarah Brayton! My mother's declining health forced the uncomfortable move to a nursing home. After viewing several facilities, my father chose Sarah Brayton and we are all happy that he did. Most important, Mom is happy, is eating well and is being well cared for. The staff made this emotional transition much easier than it might have been, which we are grateful for. Finally, we feel welcome whenever we come by to visit with Mom.

My husband was transferred to Sarah Brayton at 2:00 PM yesterday, from Charlton, for long term IV antibiotics, and wound care. His first IV dose there was suppose to be given at 6:00 PM. It's 2:00 AM! He's just now getting it! So, he's missed 2 dozes!! I am so disappointed with this place. His Dr. orders are 3 dressing changes a day. They did his last dressing change at 12:30 AM. He was dozing off, he's exhausted. Our experience has been just horrible, and it's only day 1. The Rehab section is old and depressing. I'm just heartbroken thinking of my husband in that place. I will speak to his Dr. about a transfer, tomorrow...hoping that is possible. Stay clear of this place, you don't want your loved here.
