Would give this place zero stars if possible. Williamsport used to be reasonably good. Starting in about 2015-2016 care started to go downhill. Downhill FAST. Care at this facility is completely substandard. Caregivers who 'care' are very few. Most are incredibly rough and non-attentive. They are constantly short staffed with call offs. Staff members who do show up for work substitute into roles they are not trained for--e.g. when the cook calls off ANYONE may be tapped to fill that role etc. The couple of good assistants/caregivers there tried to warn us what was going on with our aunt's care--but it was already too late at that point. If I or my family could have truly known what was going on we would have removed her from the facility--but she always said everything was 'okay' not wanting to trouble us--we were out of state and she did not want to be a bother. She got sick with a mild infection that never was treated and ultimately led to her death. Bloodwork and Xrays are farmed out to a sub-contractor and the results of that work-- especially x-rays-- are so substandard they missed health issues that were easily detected at the hospital. The truth of what was going on with my aunt was never relayed by those in charge to my mom/her sister and information was withheld intentionally. I WOULD NOT recommend this establishment for ANYONE you love.

My Mom ( Betty Diamond) was sent from the hospital to Williamsport for about a month for rehab. She had excellent care from every one there. The place was always clean and neat.I would like to thank Dr V, Pam, Maria, Gina, and Melissa for the personal care that they gave Mom.
