I have toured many assisted living homes and I was just astonished at what I had seen here! STAY AWAY!! IF YOU WANT YoURE LOVED ONE TO BE SAFE< STAY AWAY! Ive overheard staff yelling at residents while I was touring with a supervisor a while ago. The supervisor didnt even act surprised. I refused to let my mom to ever get treated like that

This place is the worst do not move residents in this facility , management is terrible .. they are lazy ... residents call for help no one answers .. my aunt was here & she fell out the bed 4 times and the charge nurse Januari is nasty .. she refuses to send patients out when they are injured .. this place is by far the worst facility in Baltimore county .

I checked out places for my uncle and this is the one that had the best 'feel'. It's cozier and more personal than the other two I toured. It also seemed like there are a lot of employees who have been here for a long time, so that's a good sign.
