Moving to Gardenside is about continuing our quality of life. We are active adults and this will be a long distance move for us. We have found current residents and staff open and responsive to our questions and concerns. We have met many of them during construction of Gardenside and have dined with several potential new neighbors. While the process of downsizing and moving can be daunting at times we always feel there is attentive assistance if requested. We are looking forward to being closer to family and continuing our active lifestyle at Gardenside.

Michelle the executive director is extremely abrasive to residents familys and staff. I have seen and experienced this. I approached the higher ups in the organization and they outright ignored my communication. When communicating with me in a meeting she was very very rude. I have a family member at this community who is moving out do to the lack of professional interaction. Beware! Since the previous director things have significantly changed my original impression of this place.

The reception desk Barbara attitude is very bad. Very rude to visitor...........not nice or friendly. Period. Plus the restaurant waiters lack of customer services training...........Last time we ate there. At the end of dinner we are asking some boxes to take those left overs. The waiter said to us we don't provide boxes or we will charge $10 for each box. This facility restaurant manager should be fired long time ago.Generally beneath the fancy decoration of the furniture the inside mood is not welcoming.............

We have lived at Ingleside for 4 years and love it. Life is very easy and a lot of fun. No more dealing with house problems, no more cooking, no more yard work, no isolation since there are people and activities available from morning to night. You can have quiet in your apartment, or be involved in as many classes, committees, concerts, exercise sessions, day trips that you want. Residents and staff are exceptionally nice, caring, and helpful. Food is excellent. We are so glad that we did not wait too long to make this big move. We made the decision while we could both enjoy life here.
