I am researching potential assisted living facilities for my mom. I called Brightview West End three times and left messages each time for someone from marketing or admissions to call me. No returned calls as of this review (over a week long period). Obviously, Brightview isn't interested in returning phone calls that could potentially result in new business. Now, should they call me back I'll be telling them 'too little, too late'. If returning phone calls isn't a priority for Brightview, I imagine quality of care isn't a priority either.

Managers and reception are rude.They do not came from healthcare industry. Rrice is too high. Room laying is very inconvenient. All you can see from windows is another apartment. Most of units are empty. Food is okay, but portions are too big and very fatty. They opened in October 2017, but still fixing walls and floor.I will not recommend this facility for love once.
