I came to Loch Raven to get better. the staff was nice and I have a few favorites that were very nice. Laura Lynn, Brandie and Cynthia. They were all extremely helpful and helped to get me back on my journey to good health. I am discharging today and I want to say thank you again to the Loch Raven Team for all your help.

The staff at Genesis Lochraven go above and beyond to make the best of a bad situation.They showed that they were really concerned about my husband's well being.

If anyone has a family member or a friend to place in a nursing facility there is no place better than Loch Raven Genesis. Everyone from house keeping to the administrator is great. I have been at the facility for a year this month and it has been great, and even the food is great. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Floating On
Extremely rude and extremely nasty. They couldnt tell me the last time they had changed my grandfathers catheter because they clearly werent changing it when they were supposed to. They give you mean looks and will walk into you. When my grandpa was dying, they left me locked outside the door for ten minutes purposely. They all were sitting at the desk and looked at me standing at the door then sat back down. The rooms are extremely dirty with spilled food on the floor from a week ago. They have supplemental agency staff here who dont care about the place. If you can help it, dont send anyone here.
