Park View at Miramar Landing

My mother has been living here for just under 3 months and while we had high hopes, we continue to be disappointed. The 'office' on site is rarely staffed, there is no one to address problems/concerns to, you can not reach the management team by phone or email either. For this to be an senior residence, it completely lacks the assistance part. The 24 hour maintenance, doesn't even return phone calls. The trash rooms get back up on the floors and aren't emptied in a timely manner either. People are staying in these homes that aren't seniors and pose legit threats to the seniors living here. Unfortunately, my mom has had to call the police about problems that the management company won't address. It's sad that in a Senior living residence, presence of any kind of management is more scarce then comparison to a regular apartment community. The complex application and grueling questioning that residents go through just to move into a residence where they are disregarded and ignored is completely unprofessional.

I think it is okay.
