My father had surgery and was transferred to Wilson for rehabilitation. He was at Wilson for only several days before being transferred to Shay Shay Grove EMERGENCY! And the reason he ended up there was due to pure neglect. I spoke to the Manager and Director requesting an internal investigation and all they came back with was DENIAL. My father ended up at Shady Grove Rehab Center and had the BEST experience. The Staff was excellent. The facility was very clean. The food was great. I highly recommend Shady Grove Rehab Facility! Wilson...NOT!

Please do not take your parent or grandparent to this facility. My grandmother was at this facility and the staff were dishonest and did not take proper care of her. They abused her, and neglected her needs. I heard them hurting her with her crying out in pain. The were mean to her and they told her they didn't want to listen to what she had to tell them. I was on the phone with her when these situations occurred. They didn't realize she was on a phone call. They are the most unprofessional people I have meet. I have reported this to the state. Please make the same decision if your loved one is experiencing the same treatment.

Our dad was well taken care of during the 5 years he lived there. Responsible, dedicated staff. Thank you for all you did for him.

Well my mom is there now from a fall and mini stroke. She says the food is good, but the nurses are rude, they dont answer the call lights, she calls it a pretty hell hole!! I unfortunately cant bring her to live with me cause I live in a 3rd floor apt. She will be discharged next week. I hope to never have to put her back there again.
