Absolutely horrible the 1st day I asked for help getting my mother to the bathroom the aide left to get a commode and never returned. No one ever checked on her the entire night. She is here on palliative care I spent the night there with her thank God she was getting out of bed all night. She is a fall risk. The have no side rails or bed alarmsI have never changed my rating but after the first day it has improved. They addressed my issues and the staff has been wonderful
