I will never ever go thete again or recommend anyone to go there. They put a pressure point injury on the back of my thigh and did a lousy job of treating it where l had to to back to the hispital because it was so infected. A few of the staff were real nice the nurses were horrible.

My sister is at this facility, this nursing home just opened, I believe they stated in April. This establishment is being managed by foreigners and they are extremely arrogant with inhumane behavior. From my experience, don't take your love ones there. These people are extremely nasty and they are LAZY. They talk at you, and have no respect nor regards for the patients family. I wouldn't send an animal to this place, not even for shelter. I will not return to this place ever again. It's too provoking in every form there is. Channel 7 needs to get involve... this is so very sad. !!

It's plenty room for improvement , the people sit out in the hall way looking really sad and lonely . With the money this nursing home is making they can't rent a few buses with a lift and take them out some times . I see the face on these residents and like I said they are sad. How would they like to spend all of their last days left on the inside . I think they could do a lot better. They serve chicken everyday , and why don't they get some suggestions from the residents and make the menus together . I really wish my sister would transfer.

My mom was taken here after a recent hospitalization. 90% of the nurses and cna staff are horrible. They don't respond when you need assistance then they argue with you when you demand that they do their jobs. We even reported our concerns and nothing was done to remedy they problems.The doctors were not responsive either. The social worker and case manager were both helpful. The sad fact is most of these facilities offer the same poor care.
