When looking for a facility to care for a loved one, you look for cleanliness, and caring individuals. Serendipity provides this and much more. When you enter, you are not assaulted by offending orders. The residence is immaculate. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. The owner of the facility is available either by phone or willing to coordinate a meeting when necessary. I highly recommend Serendipity.
