Great place! Staff is wonderful and pleasant works hard and are good to the residents. The building is very clean and is being remodeled. Highly recommend for your loved ones!

This place is by far more than just a job its FAMILY. Management is wonderful, they go above and beyond for our residents and our staff! Jacobs Well is a beautiful assisted living, I have never felt more at home. I have never felt so welcomed as I have been since Ive started at Jacobs Well. We love all of our residents, if you want the best care and love for your family member this is the place to bring your loved ones! We have great activities, parties, holiday parties and special occasions for our residents! This is not an assisted living you can just judge by a review! Worked here for just a few weeks and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Management sucks. Their favoritism is unreal. If youre not one of their shift leads they treat you like dirt. The nurse does not care about what is actually going on with the residents and the manager doesnt leave his office long enough to know anything either.

I've worked at Jacobs Well for the past 2 years and I can't talk highly enough about this place. I happened to google my work place and saw the bad reviews about the disgruntled employees, I know for a fact the owners would NEVER let what was said actually be true. This place has changed my life FOREVER I am ABOSLUTLEY in love with my job and the residents. The Owners are THE most AMAZING and caring people I have ever met. The residents and staff are amazing. We take care our of own as they are like our own grandparents/ parents. We are Family oriented and family we will ALWAYS be. Again being Blessed isn't even the word for being apart of this community, its life changing. God has truly blessed me with my FAMILY here. My family we will always be, and I couldn't be more thankful for the opportunity I have been blessed with to be apart of this team.
