To Whom It May Concern:Please be advised this letter is notifying you on behalf of a employee regarding the incident which occurred at Woodland Assistant Living in Middle River on January 21st, 2019.First and foremost I want to indicate that a employee was conducting her duties in the Medical Technicians office at 3:00 p.m. when Mrs. Adeleye Harding aggressively grasp her right arm and screamed at her in front of two other associates that also work at this facility. Secondly, Mrs. Adeleye Harding commanded her into the Nurse's station were Mrs. Adeleye Harding proceeded to repudiate her maliciously clutching her right arm and threatened her with the mention of her husband. The extent of which Mrs. Adeleye Harding behavior was deficient on January 21st is indicative of the fact that the integrity of this facility is compromised and should never be tolerated. No employee or employer is to receive any physical injury or to be deliberately inflicted without the perpetrator castigated. It is in the faculty best interest to respect her rights as a employee from this day forward. Thank you for your prompt attention to this unfortunate situation. Sincerely

I am very disappointed in this place. It is over priced and my father didn't get the proper care that he should of been getting they let me ran out of his heart medication, pull ups and so on. They wanted him out of there so they moved him to the Victoria Inn Assistant living on July 1, 2019 with out his heart medication and the stuff he needed before moving on the the next place. On July 2,2019 My family went over to move the rest of his stuff and his room was discussing food all over the floor tiles coming up in the bathroom. Dries up poop in the toilet. I am very upset and disgusted with the way my father had to live there So sad to treat a veteran elderly man.

Nurse forgets it is assisted living and not a nursing home or hospital . If your relative is very capable she seems to want to make her dependent on her . Some of the food could be better . People are very friendly and loving . Rooms are nice and decorations in the entire place are very nice . . We research 6 places in the area and liked The Woodlands the best .
