Response Senior Care

My grandmother has been receiving care from this company for about 6 months and there has been NUMEROUS occasions where the employees rule the management. They come when they want & leave when they want. Its gotten so bad to the point where my grandmother, who has dementia by the way, has to try & remember when to write down when the nurses come & go to keep track of the hours spent where someone is actually with her. Unfortunately, my mom still has to work so she cant be with my grandmother for about 4 hours a day & I work all day long. They fired one nurse after she failed to show up twice & never told anyone about it & me and my mother had to find out by contacting that nurse directly. The company never called or anything & my grandmother could not remember to call and let us know that anyone was there for HOURS/ALL DAY because she has dementia. The same nurse also would come 2-3 hours late, even after me and my mother would confirm with her that morning when we needed her to be there. It was absolutely RIDICULOUS ! And recently I got a new kitten, not even 3 months old yet, & I posted a note on our apartment door letting anyone know that she was there and to be extra careful because she might want to run out the door if you keep it open long enough due to her not knowing any better since she is a KITTEN.. well a nurse that my grandmother actually grew to love came in our apartment without reading the note on the door in bold letters & saw my kitten & screamed & yelled that she was so awfully afraid of cats and my grandmother would have to find a different nurse from now on. She yelled at my grandmother & damn near started crying with the front door wide open that she would only change my grandmother and feed her and then leave and never come back .... Pls do not ignore this review ! I cant make this up !
