The facility might look nice but you can smell urine from where the staff does not take care of the residents. You can also observe some of the nurses huddled up talking even when you are looking for help and cant get anyone to assist you. Late in the afternoon there is one nurse who is watching movies on her phone down the hall when she is giving out pills. I would give no stars if I could.
