Serenity Care Providers

This service is very negligent in caring for seniors. One sitter took my Dad in her personal car and left him alone in her car for 5 hours while she shopped all day. My Dad sat in piss all day and was soaked when he got home. She didnt even take him to the restroom or out of the car all day. The admin of this company says she allows her sitter employees to shop and leave their dementia clients in a car alone all day and that they encourage it. My Dad wont even wear a seat belt in a vehicle and he is on blood thinners. This is so negligent. Taking my Dad on an outing for an hour or two may be ok if he was transported in a company vehicle with property insurance liability. The outing should be something for my Dad, not being left unattended in a car for 5 hours while the sitter goes clearance sale shopping for herself. After this shopping spree she came back and fed my Dad iceberg lettuce with egg on top while she sat and played on her phone and texted and called her buddies telling them about all the sales she shopped while my Dad was neglected and sat in piss and in pain unattended in her car. This is a law suit waiting to be acted upon when she hurts my Dad or has a wreck. The administrator said she was unconcerned.

Please disregard the bad review by Rebecca W. The daddy that she is referring to, is my dad also, and he has received excellent care from this company. Her bad review was a revenge tactic because one of the sitters had to call her out on her bad behavior that was upsetting my dad. The sitter was actually protecting my dad and went above and beyond to make sure his health was her top priority. As far as the other remarks that she made, those were all lies. My dad and the rest of the family have been extremely pleased with the care he has received from this company. All of the sitters, have been very caring, compassionate, and wonderful companions to my dad. If you are looking for a way to keep your love one home, when they cant live alone any longer, this company IS the answer. This is a WONDERFUL company with WONDERFUL employees.

Special thanks to Erica for the compassion and patience she has shown to my Dad and family during his last few months. She has exceeded our expectations and Serenity has been flexible and responsive to our needs. We will call them again and we know that Erica is great!!!
