Called to get information and they were literally complaining on the phone. Talking about it's 7 in the morning and they calling about so and so...after making a loud obnoxious annoyed sound.

My family sent my great grandmother here and they allowed a wound to get infected and wouldnt let any specialist come in to care for her. So now my great grandmother is in hospice because of their negligence.

The admission's director is very rude. Should not be in charge of anything. Always has a attitude. The CNA's are excellent, especially Sharla and Alexis and we can't forget about Brandon.The administrator Mr. Clay is excellent. Also Rebecca,outstanding.Housekeeping has a problem with everyone. Try to stay away from them.Miss Janie Belle is outstanding. All of the physical therapist are outstanding and caring. The video facility always smell's real bad. This my opinion. She for yourself.
