Spring Lake Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation

This place has been AMAZING with caring for my grandmother. I was on the brink of breaking down after visiting multiple facilities in the area and thinking she might have to live somewhere like all the others I visited. I struggled to get her placed in any 'good', reputable faculties. Spring Lake was my last option and seemed to have pretty terrible ratings...when I went in it was a TOTALLY different story. They had recently changed management, thank goodness. There were therapy dogs, a nice facility, and happy residents in the halls. The office staff and the doctor on staff had me in tears because after all the tours, trying to get her placed, and struggling with the decision, they really empathized with what we were going through and made it SO easy to get her in. She has been her for about 5 months now and I have been thrilled. The CNAs are usually great, office staff is delightful, and the NP is sweet and knowledgeable! The doctor comes every Friday to see residents. I highly recommend this facility!

It is a very unprofessional place

I'm a week out of Spring Lake Rehab for a broken kneecap. I had excellent care from all departments that cared for me. The RNs, CNAs, OT and PT. I learned so many things to take care of myself while healing from this injury. Also the support staff was great. Meals, refreshing of bed and cleaning room. They all kept me comfortable. Polite and understanding highly recommend for your rehabilitation.
