Very similar story. Sorry to hear your Dad was there. If it's been a year, I'm sure He has passed. Your the sixth in a year with this same exact story. The other 5 died with crazy stories. This place needs training or shut down. It's just a money factory.

They helped a friend of mine rehab after a stroke. They were very helpful and kind.

The first floor is the best floor. The staff is pleasant. But the other floors is where they send you once you cannot afford to stay on the 1st floor anymore. Vicki and her sisters assume they can treat you badly and nothing will be done about it. Andrea is the Cna coordinator and she seems to be a great person. Until she is being fed a bunch of lies by her family members. Basically this place is the spot if you are messy,childish individual. If you arent family you wont last here. Everyone is related and they stick together. If you have to stay home for some reason they want to know why you cannot come to work. If they do a fire drill and you arent present for the fire drill you will be suspended. Off day, break time is no acception. Time and half is a complete joke. They will work you on the holoday but only pay you your pay times 2 if you are scheduled to work the next day and before the holiday. Brandy had sex on the stairwell with a resident's family member. This place is on the top of my list of avoiding to work or have your loved one be here. Ask the residents on the 2 thru 4th floor.

My dad lives there the first weeks he was there he started to decline dramatically.My mom give them all his meds he had. They have stated that they have recieved no such meds from my mom. The nurses also imformed her that she has no right to look at her husbands medcial records to see if his meds are give to him period or at all. If they run out of his meds they don't call the doctors about it they let him sit in his on pain nor do they refill meds for his condion which is making him worst. We were working with them once we call state on them. They started to really give him his meds and his condion improved now. The nurse is calling my mom to request that my mother refill his subscription herself because it is the holiday so they can't get a hold to pharamacy and My Dad lives in fear of the Cnas and the nurses we are TRULY SCARED FOR HIS LIFE AND NO ONE WILL LISTEN! HELP!!! Plus, if you have a love one do not send them there please! My mom has a history of a stroke and they are taking complete advantage of her and my dad.Plus, the company is not putting in his insures correctly and giving us gaints bills to pay knowing they are wrongfully charging us. It feels like harrassment.
