They are taking the phone off the hook between answering calls on the morning when you are to call for Engery Assistance. Really sad. Today, June 2, 2020 my call log says I called over 400 times in less than two hours. Twice my call was answered and hung up, others were busy.

I just called for the commodity for seniors and they said their closed and people like myself really depend on this food to make it thru to the next month

They never answer the phone or it hangs up in the middle of ringing and when I leave a message with the call center noone calls me back! BUT they do have some nice ladies who really help you to get the help you need!
