The staff at this place is so rude and disrespectful to the point to where they just need to be fired. A whole new staff is needed...every time you call for information on getting help they either hang up in your face or treat you like youre retarded. Its rude and unacceptable. I wanna get in contact with the owner so that he hears about this because this is a very nice platform and shouldnt be represented in this manor.
