Lafon Nursing the Holy Family

Staff is wonderful. The facility is always clean and spotless. The patients are kept clean and are pleasant. Lots of activities for the residents. My mother resided there for 1.5 years. She is happy about her stay.

This nursing home is the most unprofessional ran place I ever seen in my life. Please if you go there do not bring you complaints to the Administrator. Shes an airhead, she knows nothing about running a facility and always throwing policies in which she dont understand in your face. The Director of Nursing is not knowledgeable. She does guesswork. As a nurse you are not suppose to guess at things. This facility is notorious for killing residents and hiding it. The staff is rude as well as management. Management try to talk down to you as if you are a peasant or kid. The sisters really need to go in there and clean house. Find better management. Then maybe the care of the residents will get better. Also, they work short staffed,. How can you assure the care of a resident when you dont have adequate staff. The house keeps dont clean the way they should at first it might seem like the best place to be, I thought so when my aunt was there. Incident and incident kept coming up. The administrator and DON did nothing. What a pair of airheads. The nurses are lazy, and so are the Cnas. Oh and please dont let dietary. The food is absolutely disgusting. I would not send my dog here. IF YOU LOVE YOUR LOVED ONE, LOOK FOR ANOTHER NURSING HOME. Youve been warned!!! Its a death trap! Department of Health and Hospitals stay up in the facility o

Service to my Aunt is great all the time

Iam so sorry I let my late grandmother go to this nursing home lord rest her soul these are some of the rudest meanest oh and let me not forget to mention laziest nurses Ive ever seen/meet in my whole life I would not and do not Recommend bringing a dog here so if you love your love one that needs nursing or rehab assistance please please DO NOT BRING THIS TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT I hope and pray at some point god reveals these ppl for who and what they really are and SHUT THEM DOWN
