My grandmother has been very happy here. It has taken a lot of worry away from our family. She loves the meals and the variety of activities, and it's one of the more affordable options around (very important for her). The only downside has been billing - they have told us twice that her rent wasn't paid on time when it absolutely was, and we'd receive nasty letters about it. The office staff has been pretty nonchalant about their errors. If they could get that aspect of it fixed, it would be a 5 star community.
