This facility started off pretty good for my mom in 2016. But the turnover is crazy at this place. Just when the residents get comfortable with the workers, they start leaving. Nursing staff changes started happening. Recently a new administrator came and made changes to the visiting area on the 'retreat' side. It's no longer a friendly environment to visit with your loved one. The tables are very small and not enough room to play a good game of cards with the residents. No sofas anymore for watching tv with friends. Not much seating room for visitors. Sure, there is a new lobby and offices for the STAFF, but no good improvements for the residents. That is really poor planning. I think some big changes will come once the other 2 new nursing homes open up in the same area!
