My grandma is 90 and has been there since May. She fractured her knee. Staff have been incredible during this very difficult time. They do everything they can to make sure their place is safe from COVID. I have seen them steaming and sanitizing everything from rails to walls. There are currently no cases there. And any time I call, they go straight to my grandma so that I can talk to her. I even went to wave to her through the window one weekend and when I saw her trying to get up to come to me, I immediately called the front desk and they were there in seconds. From admissions, to billing, to social work and rehabilitation services - they have been outstanding. I have seen them hug my grandma when she starts to cry. I have seen them gently hold onto her and guide her as she hobbles about. I highly recommend Ormond and I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they do.
