The Bloom is a beautiful facility with a peaceful, family atmosphere. The staff really care about the residents and make their well being and happiness a priority. On top of that, the food is excellent. I learned to trust and appreciate the support of everyone from the administrator to housekeeping. Caretaking is stressful, and they listened to me and advised me many times. They not only made my loved one's life better, they made my life easier. I'm very grateful to them.
