The people are very friendly and the kitchen staff always have something different for them to try and I know someone special that works there that does more than what they're supposed to do and don't even complain about it

The quality of the food has continued to decline since my mother-in-law rented her apartment there last year. Several times, it has been totally inedible. The staff that I've encountered are friendly, but she's told me that some of the dining room staff are sometimes rude or uncaring.
