I made a delivery here and it smelled like urine and cigarette smoke. And on top of that they had two people in wheel chairs trying to push each other around cause no one would help them and everyone looked like they were drugged up. It needs to be shut down

One star would be to many to put on this place. It needs to be shut down completely. My mother was there from August 2016-November 2016. Because the flood forced her there. My kids and I visited often. People in the hallway with pee on them and no one tending to them. I honestly believe the lack of care from the staff is what killed my mom. She was doing well when she arrived. The day I walked in on November 13, 2016 my mother couldn't even open her eyes and she was barely breathing. I called the nurse who came on shift at 7 I was there at 9:30AM bc a friend of her called and said she wasnt responding to her. She told the aid and they just went on. The nurse had no idea anything about my mom including that she was diabetic when I asked what her sugar was... I called 911 and she died just a few hours later at the hospital. Shame on the director for having a staff that doesn't care for the people who are there. Its starts at the top with him. I had pictures of my mom half naked and fecies on her bed and her bc it's what my 2 kids and I walked into. I was beside myself that people can care so very little for the life of a person. All I can say is NEVER put anyone here bc a worse enemy doesnt deserve it. Alvin was the director and had no idea of the things going on in the place he watched over and paid well. It's a sad day that they are open and people are put there.
