Laura that is supposed to help you get approved for Medicaid doesnt do her job at all. Over 60 calls,3 no show meetings and her saying my grandfather has a huge file. So when I asked for the file it mysteriously was lost. Its been over 2 months and still no co tact with her. Took 3 days to get my grandfather in another facility.
