Ill give this place 4 star as far as place to have your love one. Positive and negative feedback: for anyone who is trying to find a good place for a love one this is all around a nice place the staff I have worked with are great workers speaking for days and nights (only shifts I worked). Your love one will be taken care of . The head person is good also I personally never had a problem with her she care about her facility and the residents and will make sure they are cared for and treated right and that also goes the HR manager (shes great). Every morning you will be greeted by an older lady who speaks to everyone and always wishes you a great day when leaving. For a cna the pay isnt that great but its a job its also not back breaking work dont get me wrong you will work but if you been a cna before you know what Im talking about its not like you will walk in everyday like you hate your job... I return back to this job for a second time just for extra money when I return they had a new cna supervisor he wanted me to work a schedule that didnt fit my availability ( I had another full time job) but I told him I could Only work my off days and he said he willWork with me I gave him a list of days I could work and he set my schedule up that way (great) something came up that I forgot there was 2 days I had plans on that I couldnt work so I had to call in a day and leave early the next day yes I admit that was my wrong doing. But when I talked to him ( I felt as though he was been rude in the texts but I prayed and put my pride to the side and let it slide ) he said to never let that happen again I assured him that it wont happen again that i am a good worker who just ran into a problem that wont happen again he then try to change my whole schedule up on me I told him I couldnt work them days I ask what happen to the schedule you gave me ? He then said its not fair that the other cna has to work there full time schedule I replied with but I told you from day one that I cannot be full time he said okay well just follow the schedule and just make sure you dont call in I replied with okay thanks and telling him I wont have anymore problems I went the following the night I notice my name wasnt on the schedule but I told them he said to follow my schedule so I stayed that night I was off the next 2 days following the schedule he gave me I return after my off days and my name was not on the assignment sheet the nurse looked at the schedule that was behind the nursing station and my name was not on that paper at all! Mmmm I explain to the nurse that he told me to go by the schedule he gave me but she couldnt let me stay since my name was no where to be found ... me been me i said okay no problem I will just contact him tomorrow to see what happen I did ! And I didnt get no reply the next day I texted and still no reply my thing is this if Im fired or you cant work with me why cant you let me know that I will understand instead you had me come to work and not tell me nothing that was going on I can accept been fired or not fit for the job... but as a human being I felt like the proper thing for him to do was to let me know or reply to my messages... 2 days has pass and I still havent heard nothing ... thank good I have my full time job and only went back to make extra money to help pay for school! Mind you my second night because of call ins I had to train someone my second night and did not complain not once .So At this point i am no longer worried about the situation and has moved on. But I felt the need to voice my opinion ... p.s Im not saying he is a bad person Im just saying that when you are a supervisor it is a proper way to handle things !
