Signature HealthCARE of Monroe County Rehab & Wellness Center

Great place to work

I have had to have rehabilitation and choose Signature of Monroe County for that. I was very impressed with the facility and staff. The facility itself was warm and inviting with the different shades of soft hues and the home like feeling. More private rooms are provided and the staff has went above and beyond to make sure my stay was a pleasant one. My mother and father were both here in this facility and i was pleased with the care they received. I have seen the staff late at night when a patient was having problems and heard the staff talking to the patient to help calm their anxiety. No one was around but hearing the staff talk to the patient in a loving and warm way touched me deeply. Knowing the patients are cared for in this way would make any family member feel relieved knowing that their loved one was taking care of as if the family was doing it. My stay here is short but i highly recommend this facility and I am so glad we have this here in our community.

I have worked at this facility for 40+ years, I have had my father, mother and sister in this facility. I have seen many changes over the years Ive worked here. One of the first big change was when personal beds were changed to rehab private rooms and therapy team came on board. Signature is a good place to work, also making changes in facility. We have a general store, elders gets to go on vacation. Would recommend this facility to anyone. We have great staff and elder are all treated good.

I love working for signature of Monroe we are like a family and treat all the elders as they are our own. My Grandmother is also a patient in the facility and she is giving the best care. I could not ask for any better for her.
